What The Well offers

The campus at 3993 Cosgray Road houses an indoor aquatic center with a lap pool, recreation pool, water slide, and spa, along with two gymnasiums, cardio and strength training floors, a walking and jogging track, fitness studios, and a child-watch area. Nearly 25,000 square feet is dedicated to an integrated medical health and wellness center managed by The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.

The facility also includes the Alchemy Café, open to the public without a membership, and a Wudu Room for Muslim guests to perform ritual ablution before prayer. A space called The Depot nods to Hilliard's railroad heritage.

It sits on a larger wellness campus that includes the Hilliard Athletic Complex, which opened its two turf fields in April 2025.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 5:30 a.m.–10 p.m. Weekend hours begin at 8 a.m.
