Interstate 70 eastbound between State Route 142 and Hilliard-Rome Road has reopened to three lanes.
The Ohio Department of Transportation's District 6 office announced the reopening on X on Thursday, Oct. 22.
"I-70 eastbound between SR 142 and Hilliard-Rome Rd. has reopened to three lanes," the ODOT District 6 account wrote.
The post referenced an earlier announcement of "coming soon: three I-70 eastbound lanes," indicating the reopening had been anticipated.
The announcement did not include details about the project's name, contractor, cost or whether additional lane restrictions remain scheduled for the corridor.
