Local crafters have until Sept. 30, to claim a booth at the St. Brendan Knights of Columbus Fall Craft Show, set for Nov. 7, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at St. Brendan School, 4475 Dublin Road.

Council 11208, based at Wellnitz Hall on the same Dublin Road campus, runs the annual show as one of its community service programs. The craft show fills two exhibit rooms with hundreds of handmade goods, and organizers enforce a strict handcrafted-only rule: no imported or mass-manufactured items allowed.

What crafters need to know

Each booth space costs $55. Additional spaces cost $50 each. Tables run $10 apiece for a six-foot table, and electric service is $5 per outlet with a three-plug maximum and five-amp draw limit. Two chairs come with every space, and extra chairs are free on request.

Setup happens twice: Friday evening, Nov. 6, from 7 to 9 p.m. and Saturday morning from 7 to 8:45 a.m. Organizers note that Friday setup begins "promptly at 7 PM (no sooner, as we are still laying out booths)." Complimentary help moving items into booths is included, and lunch is available on-site and can be carried directly to vendors' spaces.

How to register

Crafters fill out the registration form available through the craft show information document on stbrendans.net, selecting a first, second and third space preference from the 2026 floor plan. Organizers reserve the right to spread out vendors with similar products to diversify the selection for shoppers.

Payment by check goes to "K of C Craft Show" at 4475 Dublin Road, Hilliard, OH 43026. Credit card instructions are available by emailing [email protected]. A tentative confirmation arrives after the form is received; final confirmation follows once payment clears.

Sept. 30 is also the last day for refunds. After that date, no money back.

Eric Clarke coordinates the show and fields questions at [email protected]. Community program director Robert A. Fresco oversees the council's broader service lineup, which includes Coats for Kids, blood drives and food bank support.
