Hilliard City Manager Josh Rauch will deliver the 2026 State of the City address on Oct. 8 at The Well, the city's recreation and wellness center at 3993 Cosgray Road.

The event is themed "A Year of Living Well." The city said the theme celebrates a year of progress in Hilliard and marks the one-year anniversary of The Well's opening to the public.

Rauch will highlight people, projects and initiatives that shaped the community over the past year and preview what lies ahead, according to the city's announcement.

The evening begins with a networking reception at 5 p.m. The State of the City presentation starts at 6 p.m. Tours of The Well will be offered after the presentation wraps up.

The city's announcement did not specify whether the event requires advance registration or whether admission is free. Residents looking for details can check hilliardohio.gov or contact Hilliard City Hall.

The Well is located off Cosgray Road north of Cemetery Road on Hilliard's west side. The Oct. 8 presentation offers residents a chance to hear directly from Rauch about city priorities heading into 2027.
