Hilliard home values up 11%, but school tax bills likely won't follow

Hilliard homeowners have until Sept. 5 to challenge property values

Franklin County Auditor Michael Stinziano is accepting Property Value Review requests through Saturday, Sept. 5, giving Hilliard homeowners who saw an average 11% value increase a chance to challenge their tentative appraisal before it's finalized in December.
